City School Of Motoring, was established in 1990 by the proprietor Rod Tipple, who has more than 23 years experience as a driving instructor.  He is a member, and at present Regional Chairman of the Motor Schools Association (MSA).  He is also a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and ROSPA Advanced Driving Association with a City and Guilds Teaching Certificate.
